After further examination, WS concluded that WordPress does all we need. Further training on this may well be required for the group. |

Planning Seminar |
FH updated everyone on the content of the seminar and gave out the CPRE booklet, “How to shape where you live: a guide to neighbourhood planning” to everyone. Conclusion was that it was a useful day and we all took something different away from it. |

Questionnaire |
DD has been working hard on this and incorporated the amendments given. A separate meeting just to discuss questionnaire content was convened for 13 October. Agreed to have one ‘youth’ questionnaire (ages 10-15), plus one per adult per household. Feedback from C Skeels as to who to send questionnaire to was covered; not necessarily via a questionnaire should also involve young residents and businesses resident in parish . More thought needed on schools, RR spoke to headmistress of PHC who is keen to be involved. All agreed the need to make sure questionnaire is user friendly as some are not very good. |

Grant |
RR reviewed the Grant application process which confirms that the PC is responsible for applying for the Grant and providing a day-time point of contact. Main NP contact with Claire Skeels is to be RR as already made contact. |
Re St Ippolyts PC meeting minutes – market researcher Becky Lewis (Insight) had quoted £4,650 to prepare and analyse their questionnaire. FH to contact her for a quote on what she does, how much she would charge. We also need a comparison quote, FH still searching. |
